• Such other information as may be reasonably required by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels, insurance providers, government agencies, or other travel service providers for the performance of the contracted services.

Purpose of Collection

For the purpose of availing the services of AAPLAKBAY such as Airline Ticketing Issuance, Global Distribution System access, Group Tour Joiners and Assistance, and all other travel services: To monitor compliance with registration requirements as mandated under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and NPC Circular 2016-01.

Security of Your Personal Information

AAPLAKBAY practices the necessary technical, organizational and physical measures to make sure that the details and information you provided us are protected and secured. Only authorized AAPLAKBAY employees have access to this personal information, the exchange of which will be facilitated through email and hard copy. They will be stored in a database for five years after which physical records shall be disposed of through shredding while digital files shall be anonymized.
